Who is the angel,
Sent me from above,
By God in his Heaven, To have and to love?
Who is my heartbeat, The life of my soul? My reason for living, My life‟s only goal?
Who makes me happy,
And makes life worthwhile,
By the light in her eyes,
As she grants me a smile.
Who is this dear one?
Why must I ask “Who”? When everyone knows, My Darling, it‟s you.
( This is the last of the four “Rediscovered” poems written in 1961,
while attending a technical school at the Old Elston Ave. plant of
Interchemical Corporation, which
later became INMONT Corp. then was sold to the Japanese who shut it down.)
